We want you to be fully satisfied with your 8BitDo hardware; if your controller or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all cables, manuals, and components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your 8BitDo device in its original box, ensuring all accessories like wireless adapters and charging cables are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
